Doctoral Research Study

As part of an ongoing commitment to advancing integrative wellness, I served as the overseeing quantum biofeedback practitioner for a doctoral research study focused on anxiety reduction. The study explored an integrative approach that combined quantum biofeedback with mindfulness, movement, and other complementary wellness practices.

Throughout the study, participants received weekly quantum biofeedback sessions as part of a structured six-week program designed to support emotional well-being and stress management. Participants reported positive changes in anxiety symptoms and overall well-being throughout the study, while also sharing valuable insights about their experiences with integrative wellness approaches.

Participation in this research reflects a continued dedication to supporting clients through holistic wellness practices and contributing to the growing body of knowledge surrounding integrative approaches to health and well-being.
